The Social Justice Initiative and The Women’s Resource Center have created:
The Impact Project: A Women’s Mentoring Program

Application Deadline: Monday November 15, 2010 at 5 p.m.
What: A mentoring program for female students attending UTEP by campus and El Paso community women.
Applications for both mentees and mentors are available
What is a Mentoring Program?
A mentoring relationship is a partnership, with both people showing respect and support for each other.
What are the Benefits?
-Sounding board for ideas/plans
-Increased self-awareness and discipline
-Potential to accelerate development and growth
-Positive and constructive feedback on personal and professional development issues
When: Applications are being accepted until Monday November 15, 2010 at 5 p.m.
*All selected mentees/mentors will be notified on Friday November 19, 2010 by 5 p.m. with further information
