The Union Building has thirteen meeting rooms, a conference center and a cinema theatre that can be reserved for events, conferences and meeting needs. Submit a request at unionscheduling@utep.edu a minimum of two weeks prior to an event. Submitting a request for space does not guarantee that your reservation “request” is confirmed!
Please do not engage in any of the following until you receive an email that your request has been confirmed:
- advertise
- send out invitations
- purchase food
- print tickets or flyers
- notify the press
- enter into contracts or agreements
