Student Publications Staff Fall 2010

Welcome to the Department of Student Publications. Students who work at our department come from all disciplines and majors at UTEP to publish the student newspaper, The Prospector, both in print and online, and also the bilingual/bicultural Minero Magazine.

The department provides these students with a professional, hands-on work experience for the most eager and self-motivated students, who wish to pursue and learn the craft of journalism and publishing.

Students strive to ensure that their newspaper and magazine reflect the voice and opinions of UTEP’s student community.
