Challenge Course

The Challenge Course uses a combination of teambuilding challenge initiatives and a high ropes course as training tools in an interactive study of how groups function. Team members are then encouraged to apply the information gained to their own group dynamics.

Initiatives are designed to accommodate anyone of normal physical ability. A “Challenge by Choice” philosophy, that puts individual participants in control of their own decisions regarding individual performance, will be utilized throughout the program.

Teambuilding Challenge Initiatives

Teambuilding Challenge Initiatives are experiential activities designed to allow a group to take an intentional look at the dynamics within the group. Teams are encouraged to investigate different styles of communication. Identify how decisions are made. Choose to take on various roles and responsibilities within the group. Participants are encouraged to explore different leadership styles. As well as, how their individual leadership style affects the group.

High Ropes Course

The High Ropes Course is an exception tool that allows a group to experience first-hand how important trust is within a team. Group members are encouraged to explore various roles as a team member. Roles experienced during the course vary from a lead person attempting a 20’ high element. To primary or back-up member of a support team responsible for the safety of a team member high above the ground. Individual team members choose all roles they take on during the experience.
