The Office of International Programs houses a U.S. Passport Acceptance Facility that is open to the public as well as serving students and UTEP employees.

To apply for a U.S. Passport you will need the following documentation 1. Complete Application: must be completed before attending your schedule time
2. Original proof of citizenship (birth certificate or naturalization certificate)
3. Valid state ID (driver license, ID card, U.S. passport)
***You must bring a copy of valid state ID (front and back)***
4. Two passport photos (we do not currently do photos in the office)
5. Two separate payments: 1 to UTEP, 1 to Department of State
WE ONLY ACCEPT CHECKS OR MONEY ORDERS |
