On-Campus HousingUTEP offers on-campus housing at two complexes known as Miner Village and Miner Heights. You must register for housing online and create an account to apply for housing. Please do this early as housing fills quickly.
The Department of Residence Life provides apartment-style residence halls, with several floor plans, from cozy efficiencies to two- and four-bedroom units. There are also community spaces with room for studying, recreation, private mailboxes and administrative offices. The residence halls at UTEP are all co-educational. University housing provides continuous stay for three, nine, and twelve months. For more information on layout, cost, and contract periods visit Miner Village’s website or call (915) 747-5352. |
Off-Campus HousingThere are many apartments located within walking distance of UTEP, however it is not customary for them to be furnished. You may choose to search for housing when you arrive. Off-campus housing advertisements can be found in El Paso’s local newspaper, El Paso Times, and other local newspapers. Advertisement for housing can also be found in UTEP’s newspaper, The Prospector. El Paso Times keeps a listing of the classifieds, found in its pages, on their website. |
The Apartment List’s website also offers a great variety of listings in El Paso.
