Making Appointments

Appointments can be made by visiting the University Counseling Center at 202 Union West, Monday through Thursday during regular business hours.  Students can “walk in” (without an appointment) to complete paperwork and can usually be seen by a counselor within an hour.  The Center is open on Fridays for crisis counseling and scheduled appointments only.  During your first visit for personal counseling, you will meet with a counselor who will inquire about your counseling needs and gather general, but meaningful information.  Together you and your counselor will decide on future counseling services.  Your first career counseling visit is much like a personal counseling visit.  Your counselor will ask about your career concerns and will describe the process and testing options available to help you make academic and career decisions.
